女，博士，研究员，博士生导师，高技术研究院院长。主要从事膜材料及应用开发方面的科研工作。主持国家重点科技攻关项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目，研究成果获得国家技术发明二等奖（排名二）、国家科技进步二等奖、刘永龄科技奖等10项省部级科技进步奖，发表学术期刊论文50 余篇，其中SCI、EI收录24篇，申请专利15项，获得专利7项。在膜材料制备、表征、应用, 技术开发等方面有11项成果通过省部级组织的专家鉴定，是《膜科学与技术》杂志的编委，中国膜工业协会的理事，中国环境科学学会的高级会员，中国海洋学会海水淡化及水再利用分会的理事，中国化工学会非均相专业委员会委员，是江苏省“333 工程”的培养对象，获得中国环境学会第三届青年科技奖。参与编写了2 部有关膜分离技术的专著，主持编写了国家三项行业标准。
