郝宁，副教授，硕士生导师，2005年在中国科学院微生物研究所获生物化学与分子生物学理学硕士学位，2009年在南京工业大学获生物化工工学博士学位，2009年至今在南京工业大学生物与制药工程学院从事教学科研工作，负责学院以微生物资源收集评估与工农业应用开发为目的的微生物资源研究平台，在氨基酸生物制造关键技术、纳豆与红曲菌种资源及其功能性食品开发技术、微生态菌剂在环境资源与农业生物技术中的应用、生态高效食用菌栽培技术与产业化应用等领域积累了较丰富的研究经验。目前作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金1项，江苏省自然科学基金1项，企业合作项目5项等。近年来发表SCI期刊论文10余篇，申请或授权发明专利10余项，获得中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖1项。
